Troubleshooting
Images not showing?
- Make sure your images are hosted online (not local files)
- Check that image URLs are publicly accessible
- Some email clients block external images by default - recipients may need to "show images"
Formatting looks different?
- In Apple Mail, uncheck "Always match my default message font"
- Some email clients apply their own styling - the signature may look slightly different
- Our signatures use web-safe fonts for maximum compatibility
Signature appears as code?
- Make sure you're pasting into the rich text editor, not plain text mode
- In Thunderbird, ensure "Use HTML" is checked
- Try using Ctrl+Shift+V to paste without formatting, then Ctrl+V normally
